How to Schedule an Appointment

Currently, the Full Spectrum Sauna, Chromotherapy, Zero-gravity Massage Chair, and Recovery Room can only be booked by calling the office. All other sessions can be booked online or by calling.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day appointments may be available for services such as Full Spectrum Sauna, Shockwave Therapy, Indulgent Extras, and the Recovery Room.

Same day appointments for Therapeutic Massage are limited and require an additional $10 fee.

Wait List

In the event you’d like to get in sooner than what we currently have available, we are happy to add your name to our waitlist in the event of a cancellation. Please call the office during business hours and ask to be added or schedule the waitlist directly online.

To protect our business against no-shows and late cancellations, we require a credit card on file when booking. We will not charge your card unless you have failed to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

By scheduling with our office, you agree to cancel any type of appointment within 24 hours or you will be charged in full for your session.
